Product Growth Workshop

Whether your venture is nonprofit or for profit, you can drive focus by applying product growth tactics to optimize your customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this 1-hour workshop, we will cover the product growth funnel and specific strategies for optimizing growth. We'll also engage in a hands-on exercise to help sharpen your thinking around what growth means for your venture.

This workshop is appropriate for ventures that have achieved product market fit and are interested in optimizing their growth, and those that are pre-product market fit. The content will be relevant to ventures pursuing growth through any channels (direct sales, organic word of mouth, etc.).
