Over the past three years, we've witnessed what's possible when we invest in the right leaders at the right time. Across Promise Venture Studio, we've built a national network of more than 760 early childhood ventures committed to ensuring every child can fulfill their innate promise—no matter their zip code, background, or circumstances.

The results speak to the power of proximate leadership and sustained support. Among the ventures we supported most, an overwhelming 91% reported growing their impact against their mission, while 78% said Promise has been critical to achieving their annual goals. Through our connections to funders and strategic fundraising support, we helped fuel tangible growth: 80% of our prioritized ventures increased their organizational budgets, and 72% expanded their teams—building the infrastructure needed to reach more children and families. Beyond one-on-one support, we catalyzed collective power through the Early Childhood Leaders of Color (EC LOC) Collaborative, a self-organized community of 400+ members whose organizations collectively serve over 44 million people across 40+ states. Through more than 50 virtual and in-person convenings, 87% of EC LOC members report increased sustainability, 88% have grown their social capital, and 78% feel empowered—proof that when BIPOC leaders come together, they don't just survive, they thrive.
